West End: US 22 in Harrisburg
East End: PA 283 in Salunga

PA 230 is the former US 230 that was decommissioned in Pennsylvania in 1966.

Before reaching the western terminus, traffic encounters this old Junction US 22 sign along PA 230. The "22" can barely be read. Photo taken by Tim Reichard.

The Eastern Terminus of PA 230 is at the PA 283 Expressway near Salunga. This end sign, photographed by Alex Nitzman and Andy Field, is located adjacent to the PA 230 onramp to PA 283 East.
