North End: Waynesburg

South End: WV Line in Blacksville

Barb Bee has the Northern Terminus of PA 218 documented at US 19 & PA 21 in Waynesburg. US 19 and PA 21 run along one way streets through the heart of Waynesburg. US 19 South and PA 21 East is directly behind the traffic in this photo.

The Southern Terminus of PA 218 is at the West Virginia State Line in Blacksville. Pete Zapadka sends in all three photos from this end. There was not an 'END' Sign present. The photo below is of the last PA 218 South Shield.

PA 218 continues South as WV 218 to its Southern Terminus at US 19 in the town of Worthington, W. Va. The photo below is of the last WV 218 sign. This photo is just a few yards from the border crossing which is basically just after the telephone pole on the left.
