The Northern Terminus of  PA 183 is at PA 61 near Cressona.

A right turn from PA 61 North puts you on PA 183 South.

PA 183's Southern Terminus is at US 422 Business in Downtown Reading.  US 422 is on split one-way streets at this point.  At the traffic light, running left to right in the photo is West Business 422.  Ahead another block is the eastbound lanes.
