North End: Lake City
South End: WV Line in Garrison

The Northern Terminus of PA 18 is at PA 5 in Lake City.  Barb and John Bee sent in the above photo of one of Pennsylvania's longest North/South routes.


The following three images of PA 18's Southern Terminus at the West Virginia Line is from Pete Zapadka.  PA 18 becomes WV 69 once the road crosses the state line; however, Pete reports that WV 69 isn't signed until its endpoint at US 250 with an 'END 69' banner.

This is the view of PA 18 as it crosses into West Virginia.  There is not an 'END PA 18' sign present.

In this photo, Pete's daughter is standing at the Mason-Dixon marker.  However, whatever markings that may have been placed on the stone have been weathered away.
