North End: NY State Line at Silver Lake Township, Susquehanna County
South End: Hop Bottom

The Northern Terminus of PA 167 is at the New York State Line in Spring Lake Township, Susquehanna County.  To the right of the END 167 sign is an old state line marker.  PA 167 becomes a secondary New York Route upon crossing the border.

The Southern Terminus of PA 167 is at US 11 in the town of Hop Bottom.
