The Southern Terminus of PA 152 is with another interchange with PA 309 just outside the Philadelphia City Limits.

Overhead for PA 152 North on PA 309 North.  This is a very complexly designed interchange.  It has a mixture of ramps serving and connecting Easton Rd. (PA 152) and Wadsworth Ave.  Nearby, is PA 73 (Church Rd.) and Arcadia University.
