North End: NY State Line near Fasset
South End: Trout Run

The Northern Terminus of PA 14 is at the New York State Line near Fasset.  PA 14 continues as NY 14 once entering New York.  NY 14 continues on a northward journey to its Northern Terminus at the Lake Ontario shoreline at Sodus Point.  Below, Mark Sinsabaugh provides two photos of this border crossing.

The Southern Terminus of PA 14 is at US 15 in Trout Run.  This photo comes by way of Tim Reichard.  An interesting case of consecutively numbered routes.
