North End: Gettysburg

South End: Maryland State Line; South of Barlow

(Jay Rotz) The Northern Terminus of PA 134 is at US 15 Business in Gettysburg. PA 134 runs along Taneytown Road and past the Gettysburg National Battlefield Vistors Center.

(David Slauenwhite) The Southern Terminus of PA 134 is at the Maryland Line a few miles south of Barlow and just about a mile north of Harney, Maryland. The highway does not continue with a Maryland Route designation.
