The Northern Terminus of PA 128 is at PA 66 in Ford City. The terminus is located just before PA 66 joins PA 28 and US 422 on the Kittanning Bypass. You can barely see the approaches to the Bypass in the background of this photo from David Brunot.
The Southern Terminus of PA 128 is at PA 356 in Freeport. Or is it? In this photo from Barb Bee, the 'END' sign for PA 128 is quite a distance from PA 356. PA 356 North is the road that comes in from the left at the bottom of the hill. (1,2) This is why the END 128 sign is located where it is. PA 356 then uses the bridge in the photo to cross over Buffalo Creek. (1)
