The Western Terminus of PA 124 is at PA 74 in York.  The end sign is located about six city blocks from PA 74.

The Eastern Terminus of PA 124 is at PA 425 and PA 624 in Craley.  The intersection also serves as the northern terminus for PA 425.

Here is the view of the intersection via the Northern Terminus of PA 425.  PA 624 runs left to right in this photo, and PA 124 West continues straight ahead.

Here Jason Ilyes, who took all three photos of PA 124's Eastern Terminus, is on PA 624 North approaching the intersection.  The intersection is a four-way stop supplemented with a flashing red signal.
