The Western Terminus of PA 116 is at PA 16 in Carroll Valley.  There is not an 'END' sign present.

PA 116's Eastern Terminus is at US 30 near Thomasville.  This photo was taken by Jason Ilyes.  There was not an 'end' sign present here.  The intersection will undergo changes in the near future as part of the US 30 widening project.
