The Northern Terminus of PA 115 at Interstate 81 and PA 309 in Wilkes-Barre. up until the early 1990's, the Northern Terminus of PA 115 was beyond this interchange at current Business PA 309.  At this point, PA 309 joins or leaves I-81.

The Southern Terminus of PA 115 is in Broadheadsville at US 209.
