Western Terminus: IN State Line, IN 124, Willshire, Van Wert County. | Eastern Terminus: OH 53, Patterson, Hardin County.

Western Terminus

	The western terminus of OH 81 is at the Indiana State Line in Willshire, less than 0.5 mile west of US 33. The highway continues into the Hoosier State as IN 124. PHOTO # 1: James Schul, April 19, 2003.
	An OHIO WELCOMES YOU sign with a zero mile marker attached to the top of it marks the eastbound transition of IN 124 into OH 81. A little ways down the road is the first OH 81 East trailblazer. PHOTO # 2: James Schul, April 19, 2003.

Eastern Terminus

There is currently no coverage of the Eastern Terminus of OH 81.
