The southern terminus of OH 666 is at OH 60/OH 146 in Zanesville, less than 2 blocks north of the OH 60/OH 146 interchange with I-70.

Northern Terminus


The northern terminus of OH 666 is at OH 208, just across the Muskingum River from Dresden in northern Muskingum County.

This photo shows the shields that face OH 208 East where it meets OH 666 just after crossing the Muskingum.  OH 208 continues to the left, while OH 666 South begins to the right.
