Western Terminus



OH 646's western endpoint is along the northern shore of Tappan Lake in central Harrison County, at a "T" intersection with US 250. There is no END signage for OH 646 at this location. US 250 is signed as an Ohio Byway in this part of Harrison County, given its scenic nature.
