Southern Terminus

Southbound OH 561 ends at US 50 in the eastern part of Cincinnati, where it turns into eastbound OH 32 / OH 125. As westbound OH 32 / OH 125 approaches the aforementioned interchange, these JCT US 50 and JCT OH 561 shields can be seen. The arrow plates beneath the shields are mixed up. The up arrow plate should be beneath the JCT OH 561 marker, and the other arrow plate should be underneath the JCT US 50 shield, pointing up and to the right.

This is the exit signage for OH 32, OH 125, OH 561, and TRUCK ROUTE US 50 on westbound US 50. TRUCK ROUTE US 50 has been designated as a by-pass to the Columbia Parkway stretch of US 50.

Northern Terminus

There is currently no coverage of the Northern Terminus of OH 561.
