Western Terminus: I-76, Rootstown. | Eastern Terminus: Pennsylvania State Line, PA 58, 5 miles northeast of Kinsman.

Western Terminus



The western terminus of OH 5 is at I-76 (Exit 38) in the hamlet of Rootstown, approximately 5 miles south of Ravenna. The final 0.5 mile of OH 5 is multiplexed with OH 44, which continues on by itself beyond this interchange.

Eastern Terminus



The eastern terminus of OH 5 is at the Pennsylvania State Line, northeast of Kinsman. Upon crossing the border, OH 5 becomes PA 58. The first PA 58 East reassurance marker is just inside of the boundary, while the WELCOME TO PENNSYLVANIA sign stands 0.1 mile into the Keystone State.
