Western Terminus

OH 446, designated in 1984 following a re-routing of OH 14, serves as a two-lane southwestern by-pass of Canfield. Its western terminus is at US 224 in the western part of this Mahoning County municipality.

Eastern Terminus

This JCT OH 46 marker stands on eastbound OH 446 as it nears its endpoint at the southern city limit of Canfield. There is no END signage present for OH 446 at its eastern terminus.
