Southern Terminus

OH 44's southern terminus is at OH 43 in Waynesburg, 2 blocks north of the junction of OH 43 and OH 183. There is no END signage present for OH 44 at the southern endpoint. This is the scene along north OH 43 as it approaches the beginning of north OH 44.

Northern Terminus

	North OH 44 comes to an end at Headlands Road, an access road to Headlands Beacn State Park, on Lake Erie north of Painesville. Just like at its southern terminus, there is no END signage at this end of OH 44, either. Between I-90 and its northern terminus, OH 44 is a four-lane divided highway.
