Western Terminus



The western terminus of OH 184 is also the northern endpoint of OH 51, at the northernmost interchange for US 23 in Ohio in Sylvania. There is no END signage for OH 184 at this terminus. Shown here is the first OH 184 East reassurance marker, along with the zero mile marker for OH 184.

Eastern Terminus



The eastern terminus of OH 184 is at I-75's northernmost interchange in Ohio (Exit 210) in the northeastern corner of Toledo. The entire path of OH 184 is parallel to the Michigan State Line, at a separation of about 0.75 mile.
