Southern Terminus


OH 118's southern terminus comes following a brief multiplex with OH 49 and OH 571 at a traffic circle in downtown Greenville, where it also meets OH 121 and OH 502. There is no END signage present for OH 118 at this end of the route. 90 degrees around the circle is the start of OH 502 West, 180 degrees around OH 49 and OH 121 split from the circle, and 270 degrees around OH 571 turns off to become a solo route again.

This is the first OH 118 North reassurance marker north of the traffic circle, supplemented by OH 571 North and OH 49 North markers.

Northern Terminus


The northern terminus of OH 118 is at US 127 in downtown Van Wert. An END shield is not present at this endpoint of OH 118, either.
