Western Terminus |

|
| The Western Terminus of OH 2 is at the
Indiana State Line southwest of Hicksville in rural southwestern Defiance
County. Upon crossing the state line, OH 2, which is signed as an east-west
route, becomes IN 37, a north-south highway. The first picture shows the
actual transition of OH 2 into IN 37 at the border. The second
picture features the first IN 37 South reassurance marker. The
"Welcome to Indiana" sign, which sits about 0.25 mile into the Hoosier
State, is shown in the third picture. 14 miles ahead, IN 37 meets
the Fort Wayne By-Pass, I-469. PHOTOS # 1 - 3: Doug Kerr, 5/28/2005. |

Eastern Terminus |

|
| OH 2, whose easternmost 40 miles between
downtown Cleveland and Painesville is entirely freeway, has its Eastern
Terminus at a partial interchange with US 20 northeast of Painesville. The first picture shows the guide sign announcing the upcoming end to
OH 2 in 1 mile. The second picture features the sign truss 0.75 mile from
the terminus, which has a "Freeway Ends 0.75 Mile" advisory sign and a sign
showing that all OH 2 East traffic will converge into the right lane,
then default into US 20 East. There is no access from OH 2 East to US
20 West. PHOTOS # 1 - 2: Kevin Vance, 2/06/2003. |

| Here, Kevin presents a view of the beginning of OH 2 West as it splits off of US 20 West. The OH 2 freeway bypasses downtown Painesville to the north, while US 20 heads directly into the city center. PHOTO # 3: Kevin Vance, 2/06/2003. |
