Northern Terminus: OH 9, New Athens, Harrison County.
Eastern Terminus: OH 7, Bellaire, Belmont County.

OH 149 is one of those rare highways that is signed both as a north-south route (between New Athens and Belmont) and as an east-west route (between Belmont and Bellaire).

Northern Terminus


OH 149's Northern Terminus is at OH 9 in New Athens.  An END OH 149 shield assembly is lacking at this endpoint.  Straight ahead is OH 9 North, while OH 9 South goes to the right.
