| The western terminus of OH 103 is at a
diamond interchange with I-75 (Exit 140) in Bluffton. There is no
END signage present for OH 103 at this end of the route. The
wire-span traffic signal installation here at the junction of OH 103 and
the off-ramp from I-75 South is a bit unusual for the Buckeye State.
This type of wire-span installation, with rounded 12-inch diameter
