The western terminus of OH 88 is in the eastern part of Ravenna, at OH 59.

Eastern Terminus

OH 88's eastern terminus is at the point where it crosses the Pennsylvania State Line east of Vernon Center and becomes PA 358. The first PA 358 East trailblazer is present just after the WELCOME TO PENNSYLVANIA sign at the border.

Meanwhile, here is the perspective of the western terminus of PA 358, as it transitions into OH 88. Just barely visible a fair distance behind the OHIO WELCOMES YOU sign is the first OH 88 West reassurance marker.
