Western Terminus

The western terminus of OH 28 is in the eastern Cincinnati suburb of Milford, at its junction with US 50. This endpoint of OH 28 lacks an END sign. At the intersection, US 50 West is straight ahead, while US 50 East goes to the left.

Eastern Terminus

After a nearly seventy mile trek, OH 28 arrives at its eastern terminus, which is again US 50, but this time west of Chillicothe. No END OH 28 signage is present at the eastern terminus, either.
