Interstate 74

Western Entrance



I-74 departs the Buckeye State and makes its way into the Hoosier State at Harrison, concurrently with US 52. US 52 splits off of I-74 at the first exit into Indiana, 2 miles from the state line.

This sign gantry stands on I-74 / US 52 East as it crosses from Indiana into Ohio. All of I-74 within Ohio is multiplexed with US 52, at a total length of 20 miles.

Eastern Terminus



The eastern terminus of I-74 is at I-75 (Exit 4) in Cincinnati, 4 miles north of the Kentucky State Line. This sign truss features the lane distribution signage for I-75 North as it approaches the start of I-74 West. Two lanes are allotted for I-74 / US 52 West, while I-75 North maintains three lanes. US 52 West enters this interchange multiplexed with I-75 North, and departs it multiplexed with I-74 West.
