Interstate 680

Southern Terminus: I-76, 1 mile northeast of North Lima. | Northern Terminus: I-80 / OH 11, 2 miles west of Youngstown.

Southern Terminus

The southern terminus of I-680 is at I-76 (Exit 234), the Ohio Turnpike, near North Lima at a partial interchange. Here is the sign gantry present at the last exit for I-680 South, OH 164. After OH 164, I-680 South defaults into I-76 East 2.5 miles ahead. There is no exit along I-76 in the 7 miles between I-680 and the Pennsylvania State Line, so traffic will not have an opporunity to exit again until the first exit along the Pennsylvania Turnpike, 10 miles into the Keystone State.

This newer, reflective guide sign stands on I-680 South, and warns of the impending toll booth traffic will have to pass through 1 mile ahead before merging into I-76 East.

Heading west along I-76, this is the first sign warning of the upcoming exit for I-680 North in 2 miles. I-680 marks the first interchange for the Ohio Turnpike in the westbound direction.

Northern Terminus

I-680's northern terminus is at an interchange with I-80 and OH 11 west of Youngstown. There is no access from I-680 North to I-80 East / OH 11 North, but there is access onto OH 11 South. Otherwise, I-680 defaults into I-80 West. This is the sign truss in place at the aforementioned exit onto OH 11 South.
