The Western Terminus of NC 770 is at NC 704 a mile from Sandy Ridge.
The highway forks at its end, but an 'END' sign is not present.

Here is another view of the fork, this time from NC 704 East.

The Eastern Terminus of NC 770 is at the Virginia State Line near Berry
Hill, VA. There is nothing really to tell you that you have entered
Virginia, with the exception of this secondary route 863 marker at the
border. VA Secondary Route 863 is what NC 770 becomes once crossing
the state line.
