West End: Gastonia

East End: Belmont

(Adam Prince) The Western Terminus of NC 7 is at US 321 in Gastonia. There is not an 'END' sign present here. Interstate 85 has numerous exits in Gaston County, and TO I-85 Shields can be found almost everywhere you look.

(Adam Prince) The Eastern Terminus of NC 7 is at US 29/74 in Belmont. This terminus is just west of the Gaston/Mecklenburg County Line. An 'END' sign was also not present here.
