North End: Fayetteville (US 401 Business)
South End: Hope Mills

The North Terminus of NC 59 is at US 401 Business (Raeford Road) in Fayetteville.  The Northern Terminus is at a rather busy intersection with Raeford Road.  There is not an 'END' sign present here.

NC 59's Southern Terminus is at I-95 just outside of Hope Mills.  Some maps have NC 59 continuing past I-95, but these photos put an end to that speculation.

Plus, NCDOT was kind enough to place a 'BEGIN' shield here as well.
