The Northern Terminus of NC 58 is at US 158 Business and US 401 in Warrenton.  There is not an 'END' sign present here.  The East US 158 is missing its 'Business' banner.

The Southern Terminus of NC 58 is at the entrance to Fort Macon State Park on Bouge Island.  SR 1190 continues into the park.

Directly across from the 'END' sign is the first NC 58 North shield.
