North End: VA State Line near Severn
South End: Mintons Store

The Northern Terminus of NC 35 is at the Virginia State Line north of Severn.  NC 35 continues into Virginia as VA 35 until that highway's Northern Terminus at US 301 south of Petersburg.

The Southern Terminus of NC 35 is at NC 305/561 in the tiny crossroads of Mintons Store.  The terminus sits right at the Northhampton/Hertford County Line.
