West End: Hollyville (Cash Corner)
East End: Vandemere

The Western Terminus of NC 307 is at NC 304 in the very tiny town of Hollyville, which is also known as Cash Corner.  There is not an END sign present at this terminus.

That's the abrupt end to NC 307 in Vandemere.  Vandemere is a small fishing town on the north shore of the Bay River.

Although there is not an END sign present in Vandemere, there immediately is a West NC 307 shield at the beginning of the highway.
