North End: Hobucken

South End: Bayboro

(Adam Prince) The Northern Terminus of NC 304 is at the intersection with Hobucken School Road in the Pamlico Sound town of Hobucken. This is also the Eastern Terminus of NC 33. The road continues straight ahead as SR 1239, Middle Bay Road.

(Adam Prince) The Southern Terminus of NC 304 is at NC 55 in Bayboro. There is not an END sign present.
