West End: Toluca (NC 10)

East End: Benson

(Chris Curley) The Western Terminus of NC 27 is at NC 10 to the the northwest of Toluca. The above photo shows the terminus while below shows an NC 27 East Shield along NC 10 West.

The Eastern Terminus of NC 27 is at US 301 and NC 242 in Benson. NC 27's last few miles are multiplexed with NC 50. The photo below shows NC 27's first reassurance marker.

Unfortunately, NC 27 doesn't have an 'END' sign here as this photo at the approaching US 301 intersection shows.

This sign also has no indication that NC 50 South continues straight with NC 242.
