West End: Belva
East End: Tennessee State Line near the community of Carmen

The Western Terminus of NC 212 is at a 'T' intersection with NC 208 in Belva.  There is no 'END' sign at this location.  This photo was taken on NC 208 North, the West banner is an error, the bridge carries NC 208 over Laurel Creek.

The Eastern Terminus of NC 212 is at the Tennessee State Line just east of the community of Carmen.  There is not an 'END' sign present and the state line crossing into Tennessee is noted very quietly.

Coming into North Carolina, the crossing is a little more pronounced.

The first NC 212 shield is found just around the bend.
