(Dave Filpus) The Northern Terminus of NC 177 is at US 1 in Marston. This is located at the North Carolina Motor Speedway and Dragway. There is not an 'END' sign present at this terminus.

Here a right turn puts you onto to NC 177 South. NC 177 North merges directly into US 1.

(Doug Kerr) The Southern Terminus of NC 177 is at the South Carolina line south of Hamlet. NC 177 continues into the Palmetto State as SC 177.
