The Northern Terminus of NC 133 is at NC 210 west of Rocky Point.  NC 210 West continues straight ahead, 210 East towards Rocky Point and I-40 to the right.

The Southern Terminus of NC 133 is in Oak Island.  The road it terminates at is Yaupon Road.  The white SUV is heading towards Oak Island.  The red vehicle at the stop light is heading towards Caswell Beach.
