North End: Webster

South End: Near Green Creek

Although NC 116 runs almost completely East to West, it is signed as a North/South highway.

(Mark Clifton) The Northern Terminus of NC 116 is at NC 107 in Webster. Mark's photo clearly shows a lack of an 'END' sign here. The below photo is via NC 107 South.

(Mark Clifton) The Southern Terminus of NC 116 is at US 23/441 near Green Creek in Jackson County. Again, an 'END' sign was not present. The bottom photo from Mark is of the first NC 116 North shield.
