Southern Terminus US 61 Business starts where MS 928 ends along Homochitto Street, 0.3 miles north of US 65/US 84. This is the view on Homochitto St NB as US 61 Business begins. Signage for US 61 Business does not begin until US 61 Business turns off of Homochitto unto Dr. Martin Luther King St. US 61 Business then follows Dr. Martin Luther King St to the one-way streets Franklin St (westbound) and St. Catherine St/Jefferson St (eastbound) to MS 903.
