 The southern terminus of US 45 is at the Alabama State Line east of State Line. The Mississippi/Alabama State Line also marks the northern terminus of AL 57, which is unsigned.  US 45's northern end in Mississippi is on the Tennessee State Line north of Corinth. The Mississippi/Tennessee State Line also marks the Corinth City Limits; but Corinth is still 6 miles ahead.
