| Southern Terminus |

| Northern Terminus |
 The northern terminus has been at the MS 16/25 junction near Carthage. However, the signs for MS 13 were removed from MS 25 when the original at-grade intersection was upgraded to an interchange. Photo taken by Robert Lee on 8/21/2005.  The first signs for MS 13 are on MS 25 at MS 13. The signs show MS 13 continuing north along MS 25, but there are no further signs for MS 13 along MS 25. | Historic Northern Terminus |
 Before MS 25 was built, MS 13 followed a different route to MS 16. It turned north from its current route south of the Pearl River and east of MS 25, taking a more direct path to MS 16. Parts of the asphalt-covered wooden deck have rotted away. Much of the guard rail is gone; one piece is left on the far end of the bridge. Visitors have left their graffiti on the steel truss.
