Western Terminus


The western terminus of M-36 is at a diamond interchange with the US 127 freeway in Mason.

Eastern Terminus


 
The eastern terminus of M-36 is at US 23 (Exit 54) near Hamburg in southeastern Livingston County.  At the intersection with the flashing beacon just before the US 23 interchange, M-36 meets Whitmore Lake Rd., the former route of US 23 through this area prior to completion of construction of the freeway
