Michigan Route 26

Southern Terminus: US 45, east of Rockland, Ontonagon County. | Northern Terminus: US 41, Copper Harbor, Keweenaw County.


Southern Terminus



The southern terminus of M-26 is at US 45 near Rockland. As the signage indicates, US 45 North continues straight ahead, while US 45 South goes to the left.

Northern Terminus



The northern terminus of M-26 is at US 41 in Copper Harbor. From here, it is 2 miles straight ahead to the northern end of the nearly 2,000 mile long US 41 at a cul-du-sac at Fort Wilkins State Park. US 41 South is accessed by a right turn at the blinker, while a left turn leads to the ferry to Isle Royale.

Approaching the start of M-26 South, US 41 North passes by this JUNCTION M-26 guide sign. The sign just down the road on the left side is a special welcome sign for Copper Harbor.
