Western Terminus


 
The western terminus of M-216 is at M-40 in downtown Marcellus.  Continuing straight ahead is M-40 North, while M-40 South goes to the left.

Eastern Terminus


M-216's eastern terminus is at a signalized section with four-lane divided US 131 between Three Rivers and Schoolcraft in northern St. Joseph County.
