Western Terminus: BL I-94, Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County. | Eastern Terminus: I-69 @ BL I-94, Marshall, Calhoun County.

Western Terminus


 
The Western Terminus of M-96 is at BL I-94 on the east side of Kalamazoo.  At the intersection, BL I-94 West heads straight ahead toward downtown Kalamazoo, while BL I-94 East goes to the left toward I-94.

Eastern Terminus


 
M-96's Eastern Terminus is at the BL I-94 interchange off of I-69 (Exit 36) near Marshall.  This interchange has served as the Eastern Terminus of M-96 since 1998, when the route was more than doubled in length by being extended eastward from its former endpoint at the Battle Creek BL I-94.  The Marshall BL I-94 is multiplexed with I-69 from I-94 down to this interchange, then takes over where M-96 leaves off.
