Michigan Highway Ends | Michigan Route 91

The southern terminus of M-91 is at a signalized intersection with M-44 near Belding in northwestern Ionia County. There is not an M-91 ENDS shield assembly present at this terminus. In lieu of that, there is a TO US 131 trailblazer, shown in the first picture, which directs traffic to use M-44 West to access the aforementioned four-lane freeway. However, it is interesting to note that US 131 is a good 20 miles to the west of this intersection, plus M-44 never directly intersects US 131, requiring the use of local roads to reach the destination route.

This sign assembly, featuring each of an M-91 North and an M-44 East shield, is located along M-44 East as it nears the starting point of M-91 North.

Conversely, here is the shield assembly appearing along M-44 West just before the southern terminus of M-91.

Once the turn has been made onto M-91 North, this is the first M-91 reassurance marker that appears.

Northern Terminus

There is currently no coverage of the Northern Terminus of M-91.
