A loop route off of US 131 that lies entirely within Charlevoix County, M-75 serves Boyne City and the Boyne Mountain vicinity.

Southern Terminus


 
The Southern Terminus of M-75 is at US 131 in Boyne Falls.  C-48 multiplexes with M-75 for its southernmost mile before joining US 131 North.

This shield assembly featuring C-48, M-75 and US 131 markers appears on US 131 North as it approaches the starting point of M-75 North.  C-48 follows US 131 for approximately 0.75 mile before turning east toward I-75 and the community of Vanderbilt.

Northern Terminus


 
Seven miles north of M-75's Southern Terminus, via US 131, is the Northern Terminus of M-75 in Walloon Lake.
