Western Terminus: US 2/US 141, Crystal Falls, Iron County. | Eastern Terminus: US 2/US 41, E of Bark River, Delta County.

Prior to 1960, M-69 followed the path that it currently does. In 1960, M-69 was truncated on its eastern end to M-95 in Sagola, shortening the route by 80%, or 52 miles! In 1991, however, M-69 was restored back to its pre-1960 routing.

Western Terminus

The western terminus of M-69 is at US 2/US 141 in downtown Crystal Falls.

Eastern Terminus

M-69's eastern terminus is at US 2/US 41 east of Bark River in southwestern Delta County.
